What you'll do at Genway AI:
  • Drive net-new revenue by owning the full sales process: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, demos, negotiation, and close.

  • Sell into mid-market and enterprise software companies—engaging stakeholders such as Product Managers, UX Researchers, Marketing Directors, and Heads of Customer Insights.

  • Guide buyers through an educational sales cycle, often helping them reimagine how they conduct customer research.

  • Lead multi-threaded deals across product, marketing, research, and procurement stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Product to refine go-to-market strategy and product messaging.

  • Track activity and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM and report learnings back to leadership.

We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • 5 years of experience in sales (SaaS / Product Research / Market Research)

  • 2+ years of experience in management

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals as an IC and a Sales Manager

  • Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders across departments - able to act as a trusted advisor

  • Experience with leveraging MEDDPIC for driving a deal cycle

  • Strong understanding of how software teams (Product, Design, Marketing) gather and act on customer feedback

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You're comfortable in discovery calls, live demos, and enterprise-level conversations

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to product, research, or marketing teams at software companies

  • Background in UX research, market research, customer insights, or related domains

  • Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, Qualtrics, or Traditional Research Agencies (IPSOS, Kantar etc)

  • Passion for new technology, product discovery, or human-centered design

  • Demonstrated experience leading and building a sales team from the ground up

Compensation Transparency
Genway AI complies with pay transparency laws across the US. The estimated on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $X – $Y, which includes base salary and commission. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
