About the Role

We’re searching for a true unicorn: someone who can find perfect research participants… every time. They’ll not only match the target persona with surgical precision, but also actually show up (on time, camera on, mic working).

This role requires the patience of a saint, the persistence of a bounty hunter, and the scheduling powers of a time-zone wizard. If you’ve ever successfully convinced five strangers across three continents to all join the same Zoom call, we need you.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants who don’t just “kind of” fit the persona, but who are the persona.

• Convince people to actually attend research sessions without bribing them with puppies.

• Manage calendars across 14 time zones while avoiding double-bookings with dentist appointments.

• Rescue researchers from the despair of last-minute cancellations.

• Magically predict when someone is going to ghost - and replace them in advance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience wrangling humans (cowboy background acceptable).

• Proven track record of reducing no-shows through charm, persistence, or sorcery.

• Comfortable working in spreadsheets with 200+ tabs and mysterious color codes.

• Ability to smile politely when someone cancels 30 seconds before the session.

• Expertise in global scheduling - bonus points if you know what time it is in Sydney right now.

• Telepathic skills for predicting participant flakiness strongly preferred.
