What you'll do at Genway AI:
Research and identify target accounts across Product, Marketing, and Research teams at top-tier software companies
Craft personalized, high-quality outbound emails and LinkedIn messages that get responses (not ignored)
Qualify inbound leads by uncovering pain points, buying signals, and research readiness
Book meetings and set up discovery calls for AEs that are grounded in real customer needs
Maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot or Salesforce) and regularly update opportunity tracking
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM feedback loops
Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly KPIs: meetings booked, pipeline generated, and account engagement
We would love to hear from you if you have:
You have at least 1-2 years of outbound sales development experience, preferably in SaaS tech or a high-growth environment
You have a passion for customers and have a natural empathy for their needs
You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
You exhibit creativity and tenacity in how you approach your outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social) efforts
Curious about how Product and Research teams work. Bonus if you’ve used tools like Dovetail, Typeform, Qualtrics or UserTesting.
Driven, self-motivated, and excited by a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Coachable and collaborative - you like feedback, fast iteration, and team wins.
Based in the US with ability to travel overseas if needed
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with AI-first outbound software solutions
Technical understanding of SaaS products and business workflows

Compensation Transparency
Genway AI complies with pay transparency laws across the US. The estimated on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $X – $Y, which includes base salary and commission. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
